Sweet Cauliflower Bites
Ingredients:
- 1 medium head cauliflower
- Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar Ham Glaze Sauce
Directions:
Cut cauliflower into florets and arrange in oven rack.
Drizzle the olive oil and toss to combine.
Bake the cauliflower in the oven at 475 F, for 15 minutes or until crispy.
Then remove from oven and pour ham glaze sauce on top of the cauliflower and toss until all the cauliflower florets are coated with the sauce.
Put again in the oven but on broil on 575 F for 5 minutes or until golden.
