Mini Breaded Turkey Sausage Kebabs
Ingredients:
- 13 ounce Turkey Sausage Links
- 1/2 cup Braswell's Burger starter & topper
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup breading/breadcrumbs
- 5 mini sweet peppers
- Toothpicks
Directions:
Cut turkey sausage links and mini peppers into 1" slices. Crack egg in a bowl. Pour breading/breadcrumbs in a separate bowl. Pour Burger starter and topper in a separate bowl. Dip each link into the egg then into the breading and cook on stove in frying pan on medium heat with olive oil until browned, then dip into the Braswell Product. Roast the peppers briefly on each side, combine a link and two peppers on each toothpick and serve
