Braswell's Signature Rib Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 1 each Slab of Baby Back Ribs
- 1 each Large Loaf of Garlic Bread
- 1 each Braswells Original Pork Rub
- 1 each Braswells Premium BBQ Sauce
- 1 each Braswell's God and Evil Pickles
- 1 each stick of Unsalted Butter (sliced into pads)
- 1 each Sliced Onion
- 1 each Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
Directions:
1. Unpackage your ribs and pat dry with a paper towel or clean cloth
2. With a sharp knife, press down on the membrane over the bone and cut the membrane from side to side
3. Season well with Braswell's Original Pork Rub
4. Preheat smoker to 300 degrees
5. Place seasoned ribs on smoker and cook to an internal temp of 190 degrees
6. Remove ribs place rib side up on a sheet of tinfoil large enough to completely wrap the ribs
7. Cover ribs with a little bit of sauce and the pads of butter
8. Adjust smoker temp to 250 degrees
9. Wrap ribs in foil and place bone side up back on 250 degree smoker
10. Cook till internal temp reaches 210 degrees
11. Remove from smoker and let cool 1 hr
12. Remove foil and remove bones from ribs
13. Slice ribs into segments
14. Toast garlic bread
15. Assemble sandwich with sauce ribs and cheese
16. Put back in the oven on hi broil just long enough to melt the cheese
17. Top with onions and pickles
18. Slice and serve
